Exercise
Corporate clients turn to us to create a modern fuel card processing system that provides centralized management of clients’ fuel expenses, transparent transaction tracking, and seamless integration with gas station networks and clients’ corporate systems, as well as to join partner networks that use MPos solutions, fuel processing and the ability to issue andaccept fuel cards.
The challenge we faced:
Companies that use fuel cards often encounter a number ofissues: a fragmented network of fuel suppliers, a lack of centralized expense control, the complexity of card administration, and delays in receiving analytics.
An additional challenge was the need to create a flexible solution that works with different gas station networks, maintains a high level of transaction security, and allows the system to scale without compromising performance.
Decision
Based on the MPos: CRM fuel card processing platform, a unified digital ecosystem was built to meet the client’s requirements, enabling:
• real-time online transaction processing;
• control of card limits and usage rules;
• centralized billing and mutual settlements;
• detailed fuel expenditure analytics;
• integration with gas station networks and client accounting systems.
How we implemented it
We built a processing platform based on a modular architecture, which allows us to quickly onboard new partners and scale functionality.
The project included:
• Configured the processing core fortransaction handling;
• Implemented an API for integration with corporate ERP systems;
• Connected the client’s gas stations to the processing system and migrated customer data from the previous processing system;
• Implemented a multi-level transaction security system;
• A personal account was created for customers with full control over cards and expenses;
• Financial calculations and reporting were automated.
As a result, customers gained a tool for full control over fuel expenses, and partners received a fast and reliable connection to aunified processing system.
