Our client, SC Formula, approached us to develop a comprehensive monitoring and video surveillance system to ensure facility security, monitor operational processes, and enable real-time response to emergencies.

The challenge we faced:

The client needed not just a video surveillance system, but a unified monitoring tool that combines video surveillance, event analytics, and remote equipment monitoring.

The main challenges were:

•    the need for centralized control of multiple sites from different locations;

•    stable system operation under conditions of limited communication channels;

•    quick access to video andevent archives;

•    integration with existing IT systems and equipment;

•    ensuring a high level of cybersecurity and data protection.

We implemented a Zabbix-based monitoring system that provides full 24/7 control over the IT infrastructure.

The result: centralized infrastructure monitoring and timely detection of system anomalies.

How we implemented it

We completed the following:

•    deployment of the server-side infrastructure;

•    connection of hosts via agents;

•    integration of network equipment (SNMP);

•    configuration of triggers and alerts;

•    creation of dashboards.

As part of the project, a video surveillance system was also implemented at the client’s facilities.

We ensured full coverage of key areas, which improved security and enhanced control over operational processes. The system provides access to real-time video feeds and archived recordings, significantly simplifying event analysis and incident investigations.

We selected and installed the equipment, configured recording, remote access, and archive storage.

As a result, theclient received a unified control system that enhanced security, reducedoperational risks, and ensured full transparency in the operation of the facilities.
