SC Formula

SC Formula approached us with the goal of automating the processes at a commercial gas station located in a shopping center parking lot. The gas station was designed to provide fast, convenient, and fully automated fueling for customers without the need for constant staff presence.

The challenge we faced:

Implementing the project required solving a number of tasks:

• Integration of an automated fuel sales accounting and control system;
• Minimization of operational costs for personnel;
• Fast customer service with minimal wait times;
• obtaining real-time operational data and monitoring refueling processes.

We designed a self-service terminal and integrated it into the SC Formula automatic containerized gas station (ACGS)—which became part of a ready-to-use factory-produced solution intended for commercial operation.

‍How we implemented this:

To fully automate the station’s operations, we adapted and refined the MPos: POS & Back Office management system, which enabled:

• unattended 24/7 operation of the gas station;
• automatic payment processing and customer authorization;
• online monitoring of station operations;
• control of sales and fuel inventory;
• centralized management via the back office;
• data transmission to the central office and processing center;
• real-time analytics and reporting.

Additionally, for fiscal operations, we utilized the specialized IKS-SA110.VKP device, developed with the participation of our specialists, featuring the following technical specifications:

• recording of cash transactions for the sale of fuel and related products at gas stations;
• tracking and control of petroleum product movement and management of fuel dispensing equipment;
• generation of an electronic control tape and transmission of data to the tax service.
